@isosteph I legit do find linen more breathable than a lot of polyester clothing though. Even the super light stuff. I've worn full linen dresses etc and even though it feels heavier, I usually end up less sweaty and warm than in even super thin polyester clothes

@ManuelaXibanya Have you tried mefenamic acid? (Brand name Ponstan). I don't have the worst periods but it helps with my cramps.
