They still don't understand Gen X in the workplace.

We don't want motivational speeches about being a family.
And we definitely don't want another company-branded coffee mug.

You know what we want?

💰 Pay us what we're worth.
🏖️ Let us take our vacation days without guilt.
🏡 Respect our time outside of work.
🤝 Trust us to do the job we were hired to do.
📵 Stop expecting us to be available 24/7.

We're not looking for an office to become our second home. We have lives, families, responsibilities, and better things to do than pretend a pizza party makes up for being underpaid and overworked.

Pay us fairly, respect our boundaries, and let us get on with our lives.

That's the perk. That's the culture. That's it. 😂

Vladdy wouldnt have been given the contract if they knew he was going to suck in 2026. All they have to go on is what you have done in the past with the hope/expectation that will continue
