@etihad @EtihadHelp Hi, I had a flight today which was delayed, I was informed about the change at 3am at the night. Have a 13+ hour stay-over in Abu Dhabi Airport. No hotel, no responsible person to talk to, and just given a 5 hour access to a lounge. No place to sleep/rest.
