It’s silly ! The app says because I have a current Zee5 subscription my FIFA pack will kick in on 12 Sep once my current pack expires!! By when the tournament is over !!!

@CIBIL I have a paid CIBIL account. I have the correct password. I have the app & the website. But despite paying for the service I keep getting this message - and not for the first day. If you’ve taken my money, shouldn’t you be giving me the reports I paid for?

@urbancompany_UC The partner is running 40 minutes late, is not reading his message nor answering his call and yet I cannot cancel the service. There is no option of a refund. Rs 100 was given to me for “inconvenience” but there is a cancellation fee of Rs. 300 !!!!

@UC_Assist I am quite surprised at the customer service level. It says that they are trying to reach me though I have not got any calls. In fact I have been trying to reach the person with no outcomes.
