@an_tan_ We've been using mGear if that's helpful. It has it's quirks, but offers plenty of default options and template rigs for humanoids so can get something very fast. Can customize with Python too. Happy with it but I haven't used others out there to compare.

Next steps:
- Convert NERF to quad mesh + textures
- Generate skeleton from mesh
- Content-aware auto-skinning (rigid parts remain rigid)
- Motion diffusion to animate it
