@Postmates just waited an hour for my food, only for my driver to mark it as delivered without delivering.never responded to messages. I was outside. Unacceptable.
@Postmates also we need a lot more room for delivery instructions. Need to explain how to get here bc everyone gets lost! Hard with that character limit!
