I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 just two years ago, and it has already developed display issues, with multiple red lines appearing on the screen.
When I approached the Croma showroom where I bought the phone, I was directed to visit a Samsung service centre. At the service centre, instead of addressing the issue, I was asked to produce the original purchase bill. Since I no longer have the bill, they refused to even consider repairing the defect.
This kind of response reflects a deeply disappointing and unhelpful attitude from Samsung's customer service.
I am now forced to run between the showroom and the service centre just to retrieve a duplicate bill for a legitimate repair request. Why should a customer have to go through such a hassle for a product that is clearly defective?

Over ₹30,000 crore has been spent on Bengaluru’s road works since 2013, but potholes persist across the city. Accountability must return to public works. Every rupee spent must be audited, every contractor made answerable, and every public official held responsible.
