@chevrolet,@ChevroletCanada, anyway you can give @fallschev employees training material on customer service, as well as maybe even more training for management and supervisors? They are seriously slacking and lacking in all areas. Very disappointed with the service I received.
@fallschev your receptionist Cary needs some new training. Cary hung up on me several times after I mistakenly said hyundai instead of Chevy. My mistake, after that she would not give me the time of day. Spoke with Bryan, he wasn't very helpful because they are a franchise. 0/10
