@NovotelWembley Is there a customer service manager I can speak to? I am battling your cancellation policy over a booking in May. All I want to do is move it to your Novotel Canary Wharf, and this keeps being refused. I booked the wrong one and am happy to pay any extra.

Wasted trip to @Tesco - app and website both down. Can't access club card prices (no physical card yet), or my 10% off a chosen shop or even my shopping list. Now have to traipse back tomorrow after work. Grrrrrr.
@STN_Airport I'm a *really* nervous traveller as it is, so this stress the day before I fly is really not helpful. If I couldn't have added it on simply and it was going to rebook the entire thing (and cost more!) And not refund me the original, I obviously wouldn't have done it.
@STN_Airport Please help - your online service has charged me the entire amount for valet parking & lounge again plus extra, just because I tried to add fast track security. My original booking has not been refunded, so I'm Β£300 down the day before my holiday!

Any more than the 1st booster - over 50's, or between 18-50 working in health, social or care, or who is clinically vulnerable or a carer, or lives with someone who is imminosppressed.
@jenner_sean Awful! I haven't applied for compensation, assumed we wouldn't get it because of the extraordinary circumstances. Have claimed via insurance instead but not heard yet.
@easyJet why are you only reimbursing me Β£85 from a 165 euro expense claim for spending 26 hours in heraklion airport with children for a delayed flight with no help or support. Sort it out please
@ZuluMummy@easyJet I've had my accommodation compensation approved, we managed to get the last 2 hotel rooms at a place 15km away. They said they will pay in 7 days so I will be watching. No compensation though as it was extraordinary circumstances. Good luck to you. X
@UK_CAA You really need to take Easyjet to task. The customer service is appalling. Leaving customers on the heraklion to Gatwick flight on Thursday stranded at the airport for 26 hours giving no info, no meals, no water. The airport sent us outside where families had to sleep.
@easyJet Ok @easyyet we are finally home after a 26.5 hour delay with no accommodation or assistance offered, almost no and poor communication plus multiple errors (new flight information/updates etc), can you advise on how we claim compensation for this horrendous ordeal #notsoeasyjet
@easyJet any chance of some easyjet reps in heraklion departures this evening as the same families and children are still laying on the floor since 9pm last night. So everything is sorted unlike the last 24 hrs
@easyJet EZY9764 - the flight in place of last night's cancelled flight Heraklion to Gatwick, scheduled early tomorrow morning is not showing in Gatwick arrivals at all. Can we be assured this is definitely running before leaving the hotel we found?
