@NewlonHT …. Worst mistake to give PH Jones contract. I’ve been left with no heating or hot water…. Reported as emergency yesterday, nobody has showed up, I have underlining health conditions…. Does it take me getting sick for someone to listen that this boiler is RUBBISH!!!

@easyJet you left passengers stranded in airport! Cancelled our flight after waiting 4 hours in airport. I’m now trying to claim for compensation and all of a sudden you can’t locate my flight details! If you continue to ignore me I will be forced to escalate this!

@UberEats a driver never delivered my food I handed over the pin, and immediately realised I had someone’s order… driver was trying to force me to accept food. I did not…. He promised to come back with my food and did not, I need you to investigate this theif! I need my refund!

@ASOS after nearly 9 days still no parcel. I’ve contacted your courier, item seem to have been stolen and not delivered to me! I want a refund! It’s impossible to request this through your site… please help!

@ASOS it’s been over 8 days I haven’t received my item. “Evi” claimed it was delivered to a neighbour. I have contacted them several emails and they have advised to get in touch with you. Your site is not helpful- I assume this has been stolen- I want a refund

@boohoo_cshelp still chasing a parcel - that Evi claimed to have delivered… I have sent countless emails to no avail- how do I request a refund for a parcel I haven’t received over 8 days now… please help!!!
