🚨COURT UPDATE🚨Cardi B has gone back to bankruptcy court, asking a Florida judge to enforce Tasha K’s confirmed Chapter 11 plan and sanction her for repeated alleged violations of a court-ordered non-disparagement clause. In a motion filed April 10, Cardi B says Tasha K has engaged in a “continued and unabated pattern” of posting direct, indirect, and coded commentary about Cardi B and her family despite agreeing to stop as part of her confirmed Subchapter V plan.
The motion says Cardi B holds a non-dischargeable defamation judgment of about $3.91 million, representing roughly 98.28% of the unsecured creditor body, and that the bankruptcy plan gave Tasha K extraordinary protection from immediate enforcement of that judgment in exchange for strict compliance with the plan terms — including a non-disparagement provision covering Cardi B, her family members, and entities tied to her.
According to the filing, Cardi B’s side says the alleged violations have been extensive. The motion claims there have been at least 25 documented incidents since confirmation, across platforms including YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok. The filing alleges Tasha K repeatedly posted content referencing Cardi B through coded nicknames like “#11” and “ole girl,” discussed Offset and Stefon Diggs, invited followers to “guess who,” then removed content only after formal legal notices were sent.
One major section of the motion focuses on an alleged multi-day X posting spree from April 6 through April 10, 2026, where Cardi B’s lawyers say Tasha K published 16 separate posts about Offset in connection with the reported shooting incident, the lawsuit against him, and related gossip. The motion argues there is no plausible claim of accident because Offset was specifically discussed during negotiation of the non-disparagement clause and is expressly protected under it as Cardi B’s husband.
Cardi B’s team also points to public statements they say show willfulness rather than mistake. The motion cites a March X Spaces audio where Tasha K allegedly complained that her “freedom of speech” was being restricted, plus a March TikTok livestream tied to a GoFundMe campaign, where the filing says she publicly framed Cardi B as a creditor and judgment debt holder while raising money to pay down the judgment.
The relief being sought is serious: Cardi B is asking the bankruptcy court to order Tasha K to immediately cease and desist, award attorneys’ fees and costs incurred monitoring and enforcing the clause, and impose prospective monetary sanctions for each future violation. The motion also warns that continued violations could justify dismissal of the bankruptcy case under the confirmation order. FULL DOCUMENT BELOW👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾

Let us remember, men only reached the moon because of the tireless work of a segregated black woman who performed math none of them could.
She was also born in WV and attended West Virginia University, where a scholarship program exists for other black students in STEM named after her.
Katherine Johnson did this in a time when just getting an education as a black woman was far more difficult then it ever needed to be.
May you look at every NASA rocket and think of her. She earned it.

🇲🇽🚨 Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum just made it clear: Mexico has every right to send fuel to Cuba, whether for humanitarian or commercial reasons.
No apology. No hesitation. No asking permission.
Washington has spent six decades telling the world who can trade with Cuba and who cannot. Mexico is saying that era is over. Sovereign nations make their own trade policy. They do not wait for a blockade to be lifted. They act.
First Mexico restarts oil shipments. Now the President is putting the empire on notice. Cuba is not alone. Latin America is waking up. And the days of Washington dictating who gets fuel and who gets starved are coming to an end.
