The long-term effects? Completely unknown.

HEROIC RESCUE yet absolutely harrowing to watch the footage of an elderly woman swept away in her vehicle during the Texas Hill Country floods. The water and debris trapping her car is chilling.⚠️

Respect to the brave DPS Trooper, Wall Fire Department firefighter, and local residents who risked their lives to save her, even getting swept downstream themselves during the rescue. 🙌

This mother was upset with her 9 year old son when he came back from summer camp a couple of days ago because he forgot several items at camp and ruined some of his clothes there.

Now she is so ever thankful that her son is home and the realization that your son or daughter could have gone away to summer camp and in the middle of the night, a flash flood could have taken your child where you would never see them again.

Hug your children a little tighter today. Pray for those that lost their children, lost loved ones in this terrifying disaster. Be grateful and thankful for what you have because so many have lost everything.

I’ve sent my teenage daughter away to camp during summer many times before. I too have been upset before when she came back because she had ruined clothes and shoes there.

But she came back. ❤️🙏

I can’t even imagine never being able to see her again.

My heart breaks 💔for my fellow Texans.

Mamas/Grandmas this is an eye opening video that needs to be shared far and wide(and not for monetization purposes). If sharing this can save 1 child from a very bad situation it was worth a couple of minutes to circulate this. I used to be such a trusting person but we ALL need to be on our guard with our precious children. This is such a scary scenario. Praying God helps us get this message everywhere 🙏
