Learning about linear pattern rules with our “Pattern Rule Challenge”. Students used coloured tiles and graphs to represent y=mx+b pattern rules, then we did a gallery walk to guess.

As part of our “March Madness” we studied the song “If I had a Million Dollars”. Students researched and predicted what it would cost to buy all the items named in the song in 2021. They took the “really expensive ketchup” to the extreme.
