My 4 y/o sister has independently written her first (phonetically plausible) story and it's the best thing I've ever read. It's called: The Sloth Rescue (see thread for rest of it)
I am banning Wasps, Bees, Snow, flatulence and the wild Peacock that keeps appearing as they are all forms of classroom distraction that have caused way more bother than mobile phones in our school.
BOOK GIVEAWAY! TEACHERS! PARENTS! I have this shiny signed copy of my middle grade Roman-era fantasy, The Whistlers in the Dark, with a set of mini toffee bars for every pupil & personalised postcards for one lucky class. Retweet & follow by 10pm 4th October!
@ScotStreetPress
@TeachersSPL@_MissieBee Ooh thank you. I've read through your examples on the website but couldn't get my head around it! It's good that you can take it in sections to work around the holidays!
A little bit of a different start for me this term in Year 5, instead of Year 7. I'm shattered but absolutely loving it. I always wanted to be a Year 5 teacher and I have the absolute, most fantastic team of teachers and TAs surrounding me. So excited for the rest of this year!
