@cieestudyabroad Why is it impossible to reach someone about the GAIN scholarship? Why are students forced to pay for more expensive flights through Student Universe? Why do our emails come back without actual responses??? I thought CIEE was reputable but now I'm not so sure.

We were told to go to a different gate and then it was canceled. Sounds like their policies are to bait and switch us. Ooh.. here's a ticket. Just kidding. But pay up.

This is getting priceless @AmericanAir. Now, I cannot use a ticket I purchased before the pandemic to buy a cheaper ticket. NO ONE has been able to give me a logical reason why. How much $$$ are you trying to drain out of your loyal customers?
