Not one for tweeting complaints but the 15.38 service to Crewe from Euston is a joke. 4 carriages, a near crush on the concourse and platform, and now shoulder to shoulder on the train. Tickets were booked for their service. Dangerous and irresponsible @TfL @nationalrailenq
