I felt a nudge to share this.

I just saw a cry for help note I wrote to no one in particular back in 2021. I was depressed and felt drowned by life at the time. I had lost my job, my marriage had crashed and my father was diagnosed with a terminal brain cancer.

All of these things were happening at the same time and I can’t describe how dark and terrible this period was for my family and I.

I am so grateful to God for his grace and mercies because things are a lot better now.
