Panel discussions are at the top of my list for Professional Learning structures. Thank you to these 2nd Grade @Coppellisd educators for sharing their stories ❤️ #CISDLearns
@AMintonCISD A3: My team and I have taken risks by changing how we collect data and using various assessment techniques. We are given so many resources to use from both gen. ed. and SPED, so we are able to change up how we do things as we see what will best support our learners!
@AMintonCISD A2: My team's vision is to help our learners make progress toward their academic & behavioral goals, becoming more independent. When I want to take risks, I collaborate & brainstorm with my team to see if it's efficient & effective. We go back to what will best help our learners!
@AMintonCISD A1: I have adjusted how I respond to unexpected situations, especially when these things happen while I'm with learners. I always want to be a model of grace and understanding, knowing there are always going to be things that come my way that I didn't plan! Our responses matter!
@AMintonCISD A3 Compassion is modeled & taught at CRE by having encouragement partners to show appreciation and remind people that they are SEEN! It's also so fun that classrooms are so open and you can pop in to say hi at any time! This helps build sweet friendships around the building!
@AMintonCISD A1 I remind myself daily to give myself and others grace. Each day gives me new opportunities to grow and change how I respond. If nothing else, I want others to feel encouraged by my willingness to find the joy in every situation, including the hard ones!
5th grade is so cool!! They created these QR codes for the learners to use if they need refreshers to help them with their writing. We love the 5th grade team!!
We had the best morning celebrating the end of the 1st 9 weeks!! Pumpkin games, House chants, and the first time to sing our school song as a school this year! #CRECoyotes
We love a good birthday celebration!! The joy these kids bring is so special to me and I love celebrating their lives. Thanks @MsThomasCRE for being the best and wearing silly party hats with me!!
