The Battlefields Experience for the @Lornshill 7th Pals Battalion concludes with our own private ceremony at Menin Ridge Cemetary. Our young people have had a thought-provoking tour, and have conducted themselves in a respectful manner throughout. We're very proud of all the Pals

Day 3 - Ypres. So far visited Essex Farm where "In Flanders Fields" was written and 15 year old Joe Strudwick is buried, the Canadian Memorial in St Julien and marched down to Tyne Cot cemetary

Moments like these make the Battlefields Experience. Grave visits to relatives who fell in the Great War for 3 pupils and one staff member: William, Holly, Nathan and Miss Gillon. We will remember them - 7th @Lorshill Pals
