@Hajj_nusuk @din_robina84987 We don’t need new packages, we need clarity on the quota. If it’s over, then close it, and we know where we stand. Your vague replies about ‘checking periodically for new packages’ is not answering the question about the quota.

@Faidarx @zeeshan172 @appghajjumrah To point 1 I would also add that due to socioeconomic factors, on average Hajj is obligatory to far more people in the west sooner. The same rule of 0.1% cannot be applied here as there will be a backlog for a long time and people will always scramble for packages when released.

@appghajjumrah Can you please look to arrange a virtual meeting for many of us who live outside of London. The process has been soul destroying and utterly exhausting and the system is not fit for purpose.

So 2 years in a row, Muslims have been failed with shockingly terrible booking systems for Hajj. This has put many Muslims in disarray and frustration. Everything is last minute and communication is almost non existent. @Hajj_nusuk #hajj_Nusuk #hajj2023 #hajj1444 #hajj

@Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @cbhuk ‘First come first serve’ with a small quota is what has caused all the problems. I have spent hours on end since Thursday to try and secure a package, and when I finally did on Saturday night, the payment failed. A poorly designed system has caused so much anguish.
