@SuddenlinkHelp I’ve reached a human being in Tyler, TX. He’s hoping to solve the problem. I’m filing a report with the Louisiana Public Service Commission. The way Suddenlink has handled the disasters in Louisiana since August has been unconscionable and should be held accountable.

@Suddenlink is a disaster itself. After begging and pleading for them to fix our business phones and forward to our cell phones, they send our calls TWICE to wrong numbers (1 number away from ours) & poor lady named Sheryl gets our calls now. They won’t or can’t fix.

@Kroger is ALL out of turkey Swiss & bread in Lake Charles. Said there were not substitutions. 🤷‍♀️ They did sub a bottle of truffle olive oil that’s about the size of my pinky finger for the the same price of the “normal people” oil. Also charged me for things not given. 😱

@kroger is apparently all out of turkey swiss & bread in Lake Charles. They subbed weird things when they claim I didn’t respond. Also charged me for > $60 for things they didn’t put in my car. Something’s amiss.

@AAAnews We’ve been through back to back hurricanes in Lake Charles, La. I relied on you to be there, as you are paid to do, when my daughter broke down on a highway 10 hours away. You left her there for THREE HRS. YOU HAD 1 job & failed.
