@Se_Railway It is not one specific train, it’s been a general problem for the last couple of weeks. Can you not just put the air con on given that it’s summer and the windows on these trains don’t open?

@Se_Railway hi! Can you explain why the 1840 from VIC only has 4 coaches and is absolutely rammed and yet the 2010 has 12 coaches? Could you not have put 8 coaches on each train and made life a bit more pleasant?

@Se_Railway the heating is on on the 0804 RTR to VIC and is making it unpleasantly hot, even with the window open. Can you communicate to the driver/guard that it is unnecessary to have the heating on when it is May and 15 degrees outside? Thanks.
