Anyone going on a PIP would never send this. Even if they did, I imagine they wouldn’t even understand the responses to these asks.

The real advice is: understand your role, ask questions when you don’t understand something, and use more than the 9-5 in you first 3-6 months to learn the skills necessary to be a valuable member of the organization.

When you do that, you’re never on a PIP.
