Not even surprised @VodafoneUK are the one of the most complained about - still waiting for a reply from @CityFibre and them to my complaint. Well over a month now!!! @Ofcom

I have today complained directly to @CityFibre asking for a full investigation to be carried out and not my ISP as the issues are with them

Vodafone should be able to give your father unlimited data under their Stay Connected Promise
@Pookietherabbit@CityFibre Cityfibre will tell you to complain to your ISP. Your ISP says that CityFibre to do not investigate complaints. @CityFibre take some responsibility for your actions!
@MatthewJaggard@DaviH56@CityFibre Agreed! Third time my Internet has gone off since October. They will say the turn up and don't. They will claim to phone you but didn't. They don't care or want to investigate THEIR staff and subcontractors conduct
