@greateranglia Funnily enough, the next train arrived, got on it. There was an announcement that it was being held to allow passengers from the bus to get on.
It leaves at 10.23 - at which point many people are still trying to get down the stairs from (I’m assuming) another delayed bus!

@greateranglia Top tip! If you are going to run a replacement bus service, try not to put on an old double decker, pack it with people so it is completely full, but then can only travel at 4mph down the A12 - and thus miss the connection at Billericay!

KFC Twickenham have chosen a shopfront with traditional design elements over the usual betting shop aesthetic.
A change of thinking at corporate level amongst high street chains would solve most of the poor shopfront designs blighting high streets.
