🇬🇧statement is clear there is no military solution to the conflict in N. Ethiopia and it is a tragedy for the 🇪🇹 people esp the 13m in need of humanitarian assistance. We support AU-led mediation and urge a redoubling of efforts. https://t.co/BFXgwERU9t @UKinEthiopia@vickyford
We have changed Ethiopia travel advice to reflect developments in the conflict.
We advise against all travel to Lalibela town and the D31 road connecting Lalibela to Tigray. British nationals in Ethiopia should consult travel advice for updates.
