For example, the government using a third party company to end-run the 4th amendment may technically be legal, but it's certainly immoral.

Throwing the Flock "tea" in the harbor may be illegal, but it's the moral thing to do.

@CeliaBedelia My spouse and I immigrated to Canada. There's a fee for doing so, and it covers in part language services. We tried to take French, an official language, but were told that services were offered only in English in the province, and the services were not for us.
