I submitted my appeal but I also know the support is notoriously slow. I cannot afford 48 hours off as it's literally part of my work

@UbisoftSupport I tried to go through proper support and y'all have given me STRIKES for continually reopening the case. All I've gotten were copy paste responses that there was nothing further to investigate and to reply if I needed to reopen but that was considered "unproductive" hence strike
