@ixigo I've sent it but your customer service is trying to give back 400 rs. 400 rs. For 6000 rs. Tickets for which we didn't fly and spicejet cancelled. And your website won't show the ticket AT ALL now. Wow.

Discharge summary - 2pm. With billing dept - 2:05 pm. At 5 pm - not even sent to insurance - Reason: ‘we are doing it as the bills come. It will take another 3 hours’. Apparently their team has only that much capacity, so the patient MUST wait. Pre-liberal India.@RCH_India
Rainbow Hospitals Secunderabad has the WORST reception in my experience with 3 ICU stays for my daughter. They know how to milk insurance, but not how to treat their patients. Doctors 10/10, but admin empathy 0/10.
@RCH_India The only reason I come to Rainbow Secunderabad is for the doctors. Else the eye-gouging that has happened each time we have landed here and the way insurance has been milked and yet we have had to wait nearly 10 hours for discharge, feels like we are in pre-liberal India.

My husband got vaccinated today at Rainbow Hospital, Kukkatpally. It literally took us 6 hours to actually get vaccinated. Irrespective of slot timing, they are giving tokens which is delaying alot. Hospitals are overbooking slots and making people wait for long long hours 🙄🙄

@Paytmcare at it again. Been following up since 2017 for funds transfer from my old account (deactivated mobile no.) to new number. Same old replies and no action. Is refunding money so tough?!!
