@Xfinity your support is horrible!! They can't help because they don't understand English. I repeat and repeat the issue and it's read back to us incorrectly multiple times. I ask for someone who can understand the issue and it's ignored. How can you fix it if you don't get it.

@ChoiceHotels we had no bad bing nada boom at our stay at the comfort inn in lancaster county. Out by 9:15am and didn't leave the DND out. Room was never cleaned. We were told at 2:30pm that no one was there to service. What did we pay for? #neveragain #feelcheated #needtowels
