@Windows I have used dxdiag to find this out.

@Windows I don't believe that would be the issue since that would mean that multiple people I know are having system file errors too, which is pretty convenient if it is the case. Though once I am back at my pc I will try this method and let you guys know if anything changed.

@Windows Sorry for the delayed reply. It happens to all of our PC's though it's mostly noticeable when playing games as it'll minimise the window to the desktop and when watching YouTube videos in full screen the bottom bar will apear and disappear by itself sometimes too.
