@British_Airways I've still not received an update regarding our claim made nearly 2 months ago for two last minute flight cancellations in 3 days. When will this be looked at?
@edfenergy EDF pester me that I need to install a smart meter. Two separate appointments in 2 weeks have been booked where I have waited at home for a total of 8 hours (missing work) and NO engineer from EDF has turned up amd no explanation provided by EDF upon escalation #EDF
