ಕನ್ನಡ ನೆಲದ ಸೋದರ ಭಾಷೆಯಾದ ತುಳುವನ್ನು 8 ನೇ ಪರಿಚ್ಛೇದದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಲು ನನ್ನ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬೆಂಬಲವಿದೆ. ಸುಮಾರು 20 ಲಕ್ಷದಷ್ಟು ಭಾಷಿಕರಿರುವ ತುಳುವಿಗೆ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಸ್ಥಾನಮಾನ ಸಿಗಲೇಬೇಕು ಅನ್ನೋದು ನನ್ನ ಒತ್ತಾಯ.

ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸಂಸದರು ಲೋಕಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಿಷಯವಾಗಿ ���್ವನಿ ಎತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿಗಳ ಗಮನ ಸೆಳೆಯಬೇಕು.

With nearly 19 lakh people speaking it, Tulu is language of the masses.

Meitei langauge has 1.76 million native speakers and Tulu has over 3 million speakers as per 2011 census. Guess what, Meitei is included in the 8th schedule and Tulu isn't. 👏
