In England if you chuck the letters in the bin and you miss a proper court letter then you may end up with a CCJ. I’m not saying pay, but some of these companies do go to court so don’t just bin the lot.

@MrsCMFrancis I’m in the “so I’m a bit bigger than before, so what” brigade? My body has changed shape as I’ve got older. I’m fit - just did 190 mile walk. I go to the gym to increase strength especially upper body strength. I’d rather be slightly larger than calorie count every mouthful.

@Foxy571 @Bob71136804 @Tesco It’s not though. Instead of 30 seconds asking for a cup of tea and being handed a pot with hot water, I had to go through being offered all sorts of food/drink options I didn’t want, then get offered them again, then take a number and wait 15 minutes for it to arrive.

I would like to flag up the number of people who either don’t have family or have family who are not willing or able to monitor and raise concerns. Let’s not forget the safeguards for those.
