@KiaInd @Kia_Worldwide @KiaServiceUnit I got my Kia Sonet serviced on 23 Dec, paid ₹10k. Today I am stuck at a highway with failed clutch plate. I was asked to pay ₹5k for towing promised in 90 mins by Kia RSA, after payment I’m told it’ll take 10 hours. Extremely disappointed.
