The original plan was to have a Jackal mounted/riding on its back. If the player sniped the Jackal, the beast would go crazy and kill everything around it, usually covenant squads.

Really cool idea (not my idea, not sure who pitched this), but we had to cut the rider feature.. and then the concept slowly degraded and we ended up w this bizarre single instance. In retrospect, I wish we cut this sooner and supported riding the Moas instead 😅
