Over the past months, got a chance to dip my toes into crypto and #Web3marketing, helping the team @unlockprotocol. W00t, I’m learning a ton (a thread)!
@WineEnthusiast Switzerland! Merlot from Ticino, red blends from Wallis, Zurich Pinot noir, Vaud chasselas and white varietals… Moved to Switzerland 12 years ago and Swiss wines and their terroirs are so much FUN. These small productions barely get exported… one has to travel to enjoy them🍷
@janthonylong Loving this ode to creativity.
Is the focus on clicks (vs. awareness) one of the culprits?
The standard (ugly) CTA button, too much product focus, not risking to surprise (nor delight) the audience.
Would love the insights of someone working in dynamic creative optimisation.
@MarcosSponton Same here. Was fortunate enough to get an awesome 2-day training workshop a few years back. One’s go-to lesdership style is not suited to all situations :) It helps me flex and better adapt.
Checking out the @zapier rebrand (being one of their active users!)

Loving the narrative behind it, the color palette, the typography and the awesome animations. But the logo itself is less inspiring IMO. I needed the backstory to understand it.
This is a turning point for Analytics platforms.
UA & GA4 have been running side by side for 2 years. Neither users nor the integrations ecosystem fully made the switch.
Google has to make a bet on GA4 to survive the regulatory landscape.
May the Game of Thrones begin.
Two and a half years ago, we introduced Google Analytics 4 to address evolving measurement standards and help businesses succeed. Today, we’re announcing that we’ll begin sunsetting Universal Analytics next year.

Could not resist the #wordle craze
(Is it because I’m turning 40 this year… and this is a game my grandma would have absolutely loved?)

Memories from NYC 😂. I will always remember back in 2008 the first time someone came to our tiny apartment to « winterize » it… and then we understood why there were so many staples and marks left all around the windows.
For me, 2021 was a year for venturing into new possible futures.
Following the journey of @UnlockProtocol it’s quite exciting to see it unfold (and getting to work among passionate people).
2022 onwards and upwards!
YEAR IN REVIEW!! It’s that time of year— we’re looking back at all that happened in 2021 & gearing up to embrace 2022! Our very own @mitoubab created this fabulous article w/all of the progress we made this year—thanks to our amazing community! Let’s do this! 🧵 /1
Curious to know:
- is @ahrefs moving 100% of the Dec Google/Facebook spend? 💰 (Dec can be indeed a good candidate to run such a test)
- how @timsoulo & teams aligned on new vs. past objectives / targets / KPIs 🤝
I guess we will learn in an upcoming podcast episode/webinar 🤓
We'll be reallocating our paid traffic budget (~$200k💰) for December away from the Google/Facebook—and into sponsoring the industry's best creators and thought leaders.
