Talking about weight/mass today with our mystery bags! We learned that yellow and blue were equal in mass, and the purple bag was heaviest! ⚖️😁 @HetheringtonPS
@mitrevst This is so true! I had a student email me asking if I could post the link to the videos as well as embedding it in an audio lecture as the formatting wasn’t working. I do that now and have received thank you emails from others for the same thing! Something small but helps a lot.
A4. Time management makes online classes extremely difficult for me. Without the obligation of driving to the University and attending live classes, it makes it difficult for me to stay on track with my the pre-recorded videos. #UWinCourseIdeas
@MsDarbymcmanus@UWindsor such a good idea to utilize the poll option on twitter, great way for everyone to interact. I voted scheduled zoom classes, this would help a lot of students with organization! 🤓
A6. @uwindsor could create an in-class experience by scheduling times as a class to meet once a week & discuss any questions that they may have from previous lessons. Students can have a judgment free zone to express their concerns/questions. #UWinCourseIdeas#WhatsUrChoice
A4. What makes online classes difficult for me is not having the social aspect of attending school and getting to speak with peers about thoughts and ideas on the current subject you’re learning. #UWinCourseIdeas#onlineclasses@UWindsor@UWinEdSoc
A5. They can improve the the online university experience by putting more funds and emphasis into mental health facilities and offer more support groups and programs in relation to this. This is a difficulty time. @CanadianPM@drewdilkens@ONtrainandstudy#UWinCourseIdeas
A3. Favourite activity during online classes is whenever I am able to interact with peers. I love commenting and giving positive insight to all their posts. I am grateful that @TimothyABrunet gives us lots of opportunities to engage wth each other in his course! #UWinCourseIdeas
A2. I believe that feedback is key to helping a professor reliever excellent content. It helps them improve and make their content more enjoyable. It also helps to give positive feedback. We all need a confidence boost during tough times! #UWinCourseIdeas
