@Akshat_World I had taken a 15 yr 8% fixed rate loan from ICICI Bank back in 2005. The bank honoured the agreed rate of interest right through the loan tenure (even when the market rate of flexible loans had shot up to 10.5%). Not sure if such fixed rate products are available anymore..

@IndianTechGuide He has promised a lot of things including reservation in private insitutes. Easy to do that when you know that you will never be held accountable to fulfil the same..
