Ordered a suitcase via Open Box Delivery. Later found it extremely brittle & unusable. App allows return (10-day window), but pickup has been cancelled 4 TIMES.
Delivery agent never came, yet Flipkart’s system falsely marks “failed quality check”.
If Flipkart can’t pick up the item, REFUND MY MONEY FIRST. Your broken logistics is not my problem.

Customer care is useless. This looks like intentional delay to let return window expire so refund can be denied. That is CHEATING.

This is to inform that I ordered food today in the afternoon from oven story and it did not get delivered, swiggy #170401068269176 is the order id and I mailed the customer care for a refund. Never got one where I had already attached the screenshot with the valet

@SwiggyCares You can see in the screenshot, the order got cancelled at 12:20 ,and we tried connecting with him multiple times "before 12:20" ,I think you people have not checked the screenshots . We know very well when to stay near the phone ,the screenshot proves it all
@SwiggyCares The delivery partner called and affirmed that he will reach the place in 3 mins and we went there but with no luck we stood there for 15mins only to find the delivery is cancelled from his end.
