@SimonCalder advice needed! BA lost my case. Website says I better chance claiming on travel insurance, but isn’t it their responsibility? Cheek of them. All my Xmas presents gone. Gutted.

@British_Airways 2 flights in a row cancelled. Why is the onus on me to try for a 3rd flight? Why wasn’t I rebooked on next available? EasyJet do this. I’m still hanging on phone to BA over an hour. I asked if my luggage would follow onto next flight. Answer centre: I’ve no idea
@HeathrowAirport my flight cancelled. Asked many HRW staff how to leave. All said had to Q customer service, massive Queue. No one knew to tell me gate A15 for exit. Chaos as usual. I literally banged on closed area to get that info. Why is it top secret??
@GolightlyTravel the irony, of a womens safe travel company featuring Malta, where woman’s health is completely disregarded. Shame on you. I will never visit Malta under their current laws.
