Another thank you to @currys after raising a second level complaint I was supposed to hear back within 10 working days. Shock this did not happen. Another level of their great customer service.
@currys I’ve been in tears today about how bad your customer service is. I’ve not had a working fridge for 2 weeks since it arrived and have been told it’s another week and a day for an exchange but if I wanted to order a new one online it could come in 2 days. 🤔
