@TedNugent Last time I drove from Grand Rapids to Detroit I started counting the deer carcasses on the highway. 69! Never in my life had I seen so many deer killed along the road. When more people hunted in Michigan it was never a problem. Really a sad waste

@brithume My father in law was trained as a landing craft driver for D-Day. Fortunately he came down with mumps on the crossing & was put ashore in w Ireland where he was cared for by a local family. By the time he tried to rejoin his unit, he’d been replaced. Fate & destiny
