@unionbankph then they deducted again on Jan 30 and today Feb 15. Now I’ve paid super in advance. It’s a joke. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@unionbankph the first deduction was made on Dec 29, a month before the first due date. I literally paid for half of the loan in advance I kept getting calls to pay for it the entire month of January

@unionbankph I have until the end of Feb to pay for it. Thanks to all your advance deductions, I’ve paid almost in full but have to drastically make ends meet. Why do you treat your customers so poorly?

@unionbankph is the worst bank. I applied for a personal loan a few months ago.

1. They auto deduct every time I have money in the account, even before the due date.

2. Despite paying in advance, they harass me with calls to pay everyday.

Define poor service. 🤬
