@HarryStebbings I have met more under performing CEOs than I have HR leaders. And most of those CEOs are underperforming because they lack the intelligence and vision to understand the value of HR (and their people).

@FedEx you should try this thing called customer service. Your chatbot and automation sucks. PEOPLE provide the best customer service. You should try it.
BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”
But it gets WAY worse for Trump…
In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society accuses Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.
Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”
The clause states that "no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."
Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.
Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.
Please retweet and ❤️ if you think that Trump MUST be banned from running for office ever again — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a woke new Twitter competitor that banned Trump for life and is exploding in popularity because Elon Musk banned Tribel’s Twitter account — but he forgot to ban this link to download the new Tribel app: https://t.co/0c9FDbB14A
I'm pretty sure that if I got fired from my job but refused to leave & then sent a bunch of crazy people to bash in the windows, build a gallows to hang my coworker & smear poop on the walls, and then when I finally did leave, I took a mountain of nuclear secrets with me, refused to give them back, moved them all around my gilded golf motel including into my chandelier shitter & showed them off to my pals all while lying about having them in the first place, I wouldn't be allowed to tour the country saying I was never really fired and that I deserve to get my old job back.
But what do I know.
What I always hear: “We can’t afford to pay our workers $15 an hour.”
What I never hear: “We can’t afford to pay our CEO millions of dollars a year.”
Funny how that works, huh?
Holy shit! Former Twitter employees just revealed that the Trump administration asked Twitter to remove a tweet from Chrissy Teigen calling Trump a PAB because it was mean. This hearing is backfiring on Republicans in a massive way! (H/t @Acyn)
Pretty incredible that Google is trying to get away with blaming macroeconomic conditions for their layoffs, when over the last year they’ve spend 57.36B on stock buybacks.
That’s enough to support the 12,000 laid off engineers at their median engineer compensation for 23 years.
