@RideOnewheel so excited to get my new OneWheel+XR. It’s my Mother’s Day present from my partner. He even got me pink bumpers…. I’m really annoyed to find out the fit and finish of the wiring and bumper installs were just forced together and crossthreaded! Ugh! Wtf??

1. Set the right expectations
2. Let you customers know when there is a hiccup early. (FYI, both Rogue Fitness and Concept 2 does this)
3. Offer more than $100 off a $2600 purchase
