Today my friend & I had the worst service @The Cheesecake Factory in Charlotte, NC Southpark. We spoke to the Mgr. Shan & he was AWESOME!!
I love managers who are TRUELY concerned about the customer experience.

#Comcastsucks. @ Almost $16 per call when a customer calls into a business & I had to call @20 times since the port in. NOT good business

3 repair calls . Last svc call was advised machine needs to be rebuilt. Still no resolution. #Searssucks
