Chinese singer Huang Zitao (Tao) lost his temper during a livestream after haters demanded that his wife, Xu Yiyang, show her postpartum stretch marks and C-section scar to prove that she gave birth to their son herself.

The controversy began after the couple revealed on October 15 that they had a son who was already over two years old. Yiyang later confirmed that she gave birth in 2024 via C-section, denying rumors that they had used a surrogate.

Despite her explanation, some viewers continued demanding that she expose intimate parts of her body as proof.

Tao was furious, asking, “Does my getting married and having a child concern you?” He said people could joke about him all they wanted, but they should never drag his family into such humiliating comments.

Yiyang tried to calm him down as he confronted the viewers.

Imagine demanding that a woman expose her postpartum body just to satisfy strangers online. Being a public figure does not mean surrendering your privacy. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. 💔

Zoo Tennoji Akui Gajah 'Kelat' Goyangkan Badan Sangat Lama Dan Alami Stres Pengasingan

Catatan rasmi berbahasa Jepun dedah penjaga zoo masih dalam proses 'cuba dan ralat' menguruskan Dara, Amoi serta Kelat walaupun kos kandang mencecah RM130 juta.

KUALA LUMPUR – Ketika perdebatan tercetus di Malaysia antara Majlis Perbandaran Taiping (MPT) dan pertubuhan bukan kerajaan (NGO) mengenai kebajikan tiga gajah Asia dari Zoo Taiping — Dara (14), Amoi (9) dan Kelat (20) atau DAK — semakan catatan rasmi berbahasa Jepun oleh Zoo Tennoji di Osaka mendedahkan pihak zoo sendiri mengakui berlaku tingkah laku menggoyangkan badan (swaying) yang ketara serta tekanan emosi akibat pengasingan.

Dalam blog rasmi bertajuk 'Keadaan Gajah Asia Pada Waktu Malam' pada 17 Oktober lalu, Zoo Tennoji mengakui: "Terutamanya gajah jantan Kelat, ketika ia hanya ditempatkan di ruang dalaman sahaja pada waktu malam, masa yang dihabiskannya dengan menggoyang-goyangkan badannya (swaying) adalah sangat panjang."

Bagi mengurangkan kebosanan itu, pihak zoo membuka pintu akses antara ruang tidur dalaman dan kawasan luaran sepanjang malam supaya ketiga-tiganya bebas keluar masuk serta tidur berdekatan merentasi pagar keselamatan, yang dilaporkan berjaya mengurangkan tabiat 'swaying' Kelat.

Dalam catatan rasmi selepas fasa 'musth' pertama Kelat pada Jun lalu pula, penjaga Zoo Tennoji mengakui pengasingan Kelat daripada Dara dan Amoi menyebabkan ketiga-tiganya gelisah serta berkemungkinan mengalami stres kerana terlalu rapat sejak di Taiping, sambil mengakui kakitangan masih dalam proses "cuba dan ralat (trial and error) setiap hari".

Pada 22 Oktober lalu, Yang Dipertua MPT, Mohamed Akmal Dahalan menafikan dakwaan pengabaian dengan memaklumkan berat Kelat meningkat 580 kilogram (kg), Dara naik 575kg dan Amoi naik 405kg sejak tiba di Osaka pada 11 Mac lalu di bawah pinjaman pemuliharaan 25 tahun, selain menyatakan pergerakan 'swaying' mungkin kerana teruja menunggu makanan.

Alasan itu dibidas Pertubuhan Konservasi Alam Malaysia (PERKAM), pakar biologi gajah Universiti Oxford Dr William Keith Lindsay serta Pertubuhan Ihsan Haiwan Malaysia (Shelter Ihsan) yang menegaskan kenaikan berat bukan bukti kesejahteraan mental terjamin.

Di Jepun, akhbar Yomiuri Shimbun, Asahi Shimbun dan Mainichi Shimbun menyambut DAK sebagai simbol kebanggaan Osaka selepas lapan tahun tiada gajah, dengan pembinaan kandang berlantaikan pasir bernilai 4.5 bilion yen (kira-kira RM130 juta) serta tajaan Zojirushi dan Kubota.

Namun, pemantau Elephants in Japan (@japanelephants) dan NGO PEACE bimbang keluasan kandang di tengah bandar itu masih terhad, manakala rakaman pengunjung hari ini memaparkan Dara beberapa kali masuk campur melindungi Amoi yang menjerit apabila dikejar dan cuba dipanjat (mount) oleh Kelat.

Cho Doo-soon raped an 8-year-old girl. The girl lost more than 80% of the function of her genitals and anus, leaving her permanently disabled.

Prosecutors sought life imprisonment for Cho Doo-soon, but the judge reduced the sentence because he had been drinking at the time of the crime, sentencing him to 12 years in prison.

The judge was later named one of the “Outstanding Judges” selected by the Seoul Bar Association in 2020, and he now works as a lawyer specializing in sex crime cases.

He is known to promote cases in which he obtained suspended sentences for clients accused of sexual violence as “success stories,” while charging high legal fees.

99% of women and girls in Somalia have been mutilated in the following way: the clitoris is cut off, along with the inner labia. Then the inner flesh of the outer labia is removed before both sides are sewn tightly together, leaving a hole no bigger than a matchstick for urine and menses to trickle through.

All of this is done in childhood, and without any form of anesthesia whatsoever. Sometimes the little girl is given a scrap of leather or a stick to bite down on. The cutters use old razor blades, or sometimes a piece of broken glass.

This is only the beginning of a girl’s pain.

Most wedding nights in Somalia are aided by “the little knife” — that is, the new husband slices his bride open so that he can penetrate her now cut and bleeding scar tissue. Some men, however, simply batter their way through, tearing that tiny hole open by sheer force. When a woman goes into labor, she’s cut open more widely, then sewn back up afterwards so that when sex resumes she will have to be cut open yet again.

This practice leads to countless deaths from infection and a drastic increase in maternal mortality, but Somali men still refuse to marry uncut women, forcing mothers to have their daughters cut or face social stigma. Uncut girls are seen as dirty; the term for clitoris is a playground taunt in Somalia, and girls who are not cut are usually ostracized by their peers.

The Somali government recently debated the legality of this appalling custom, and the parliament largely split along gender lines. Female MPs roundly condemned FGM, while male MPs insisted that having a clitoris made a woman more difficult to penetrate, and quoted the hadith in which Muhammad condoned the practice. These are educated men who nevertheless claim that cutting a girl is necessary in order to control her sexuality, and that an uncut woman will be promiscuous and untrustworthy.

In spite of the Somali government’s continued support for FGM, foreign aid continues to flow into Somalia unobstructed. The West should refuse to give the Somali government so much as a single dollar until they outlaw FGM and take positive steps to combat the problem.

One tactic that has been highly successful involves showing Somali men a video of a girl being mutilated. Because FGM is seen as women’s business, most men have no idea what it entails. Men who watch this video are horrified, and the most common reaction has been “Not my daughter!” This proves that FGM is not hopelessly entrenched in Somali culture. Western pressure and resources could make an enormous difference in the lives of Somali women and girls, and put a stop to this barbaric practice.
