@KayeArnold10 I think we can provide an atmosphere in classrooms that allows students to work and work on themselves by first recognizing their identities and celebrating those identities. Having students know who each other are and their stories helps grow mutual respect and growth.

@PiercePruet Equity can be our first priority for our students and the learning environment by first recognizing and understanding the inequities that are at hand. By understanding these inequities we therefore can allocate the resources and opportunities that each student individually needs.

@MVanthullenar I think as educators we can learn so much from our students when we allow them to express themselves. Some ways students can express themselves is having students bring their stories in the lesson plans and allowing time for them to talk about their stories in class!
