@LenovoSupport re SO 7027299426 Your phone tech said repair is delayed because you are waiting for hard drive but tech who came to home installed new hard drive! he just couldn't load the software. No reason for delay! Check with tech. Name is Kendry. His Ph 9292902577
@LenovoSupport I have been getting the runaround on my depot repair for two weeks now. Every time I call they tell me they are escalating my case but the next time I call they tell me no one has escalated it! The service order number is
7027299426.
@andreanatalemd Would you consider an SVT ablation alone for someone with frequent AVNRT episodes and a history of sporadic AF, or would you want to ablate both the AVNRT and AF at the same time?
@GetPalliative Where does it say in the handout that comfort will be given priority over potentially life saving measures such as meds, procedures and blood tests? Tests that might even show patient is improving. Families are mislead all the time. #PalliativeCare
@footyDoc Not a myth. When comfort is given priority over certain treatments, meds and tests, patients ARE being denied often life saving medical help. This was not made clear to me or my family in a recent hospital stay.
@footyDoc Almost lost an elderly relative to p. care. After much push back from the medical team, including telling me I was “in denial”, I finally got her off p. care. She’s been home now for almost a year, living independently, with a QOL better than before she entered the hospital.
@footyDoc That isn't always the case, however. What isn’t adequately explained is that comfort will be given priority over potentially life saving measures such as meds, procedures and blood tests. Tests that might even show patient is improving.
@barttels2 @PauloNassar1 @f_g_zampieri Yes! In the comfort of the physician's office, collaborative decisions seem welcome and productive where the MD knows the patient. But ironically, in the rushed environment of the hospital, this same collaboration is often pushed aside where the patient is many times a stranger.
@f_g_zampieri@barttels2 @PauloNassar1 When a family member is the patient advocate, limiting them from the ICU is often the same as limiting their intensive care. We need more advocate involvement, not less.

@drjohnm Amen. Having had a recent episode of afib, I finally turned off the heart rate function of my Fitbit. Too much information on my wrist 24/7. My pacs have calmed down since!
